Administrative Assistant

Position Overview: As an Administrative Assistant at Bultynck & Co., P.L.L.C., you will play a crucial role in supporting one of our senior partners in managing day-to-day administrative tasks. You will work closely with the partner to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently, while also providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is an opportunity to be an integral part of our team and contribute to our firm’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the partner’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handling phone calls and emails, providing professional and friendly client experience.
  • Drafting and editing correspondence and documents, including reports, letters, and memos.
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Assisting with client communications and document organization.
  • Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files.
  • Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in an accounting or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, One Note, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and an elevated level of accuracy.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus, but not required.
